MariaDB 10.1.40 Now Available

The MariaDB Foundation announces the availability of MariaDB 10.1.40, the latest stable release in the MariaDB 10.1 series.

MariaDB 10.1.40 is a minor bugfix release, fixing a regression on non-systemd Linux distributions such as Red Hat Enterprise Linux/CentOS 6. In all other ways it is identical to 10.1.39 and there is no need for users of other systems to upgrade. See the release notes and changelogs for details.
