Hello, the galera package is not updated on Deb 8 x64 Jessie (via apt). I am just wondering if this is correct, because the release notes explicitly mentioned MDEV-12837 with a stability fix for galera?
MariaDB 10.2.11 has updated the package to galera-3 25.3.22 in December and now it wants to update 9 packages from libmariadb3 to mysql-common but not the galrea-3 package. // Thank you very much.

Galerea has two parts: the wsrep proviver (the garbd binary) and the wsrep consumer (the mysqld from MariaDB 10.1 or newer). The issue https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/MDEV-12837 changes to the MariaDB side and those are shipped in 10.2.12.
