I’ve just pushed the last batch of changes into 5.2 tree. The most important change was renaming Maria engine to Aria (with old maria* compatibility variables). The latest MariaDB releases, 10.2.11 and 10.1.29, see a long-awaited update to the built-in Mroonga storage engine, based on @groonga, the open-source fulltext search engine.
